Toilet block burnt down? Always vulnerable to further arson?
Why not rebuild it out of flammable materials like wood cladding, bitumened flat roof felt and plastic windows?!
That'll be fireproof....

Seriously?? What a fantastic example of doing something on the cheap that turns out to be more expensive in the long term, especially if the building is torched again. *shakes head*
