In the middle of St.Ouen's bay is a footpath from the road to the sea wall, located somewhere between Le Braye and El Tico & Le Port... possibly just inside St.P but I'd have to check. I believe it's here on the map...

I think the footpath area is known locally as Middle steps. A lovely beach & parking along the road on a nice day in summer went from La Braye to El Tico!
